Day Sixty-Three
I sort of finished the play today. I didn't quite make it to page thirty, though. I was on page 28 and I decided that there was really nowhere else to go, that two more pages would just have been filler, so I ended it there. In a pinch, I could always mess with fonts and margins and stuff to bring it up to 30, but it's going to need some solid revising before anyone else looks at it anyway.
Today I also made the gargantuan mistake of briefly installing Grokster, which loaded my computer up with ads out the wazoo. Even after uninstalling it and running both SpyBot and AdAware (multiple times), I still have occasional pop-ups in Internet Explorer. I think I need to start being less stupid.
So what do I write next? I guess it's time for some more TV. I'd really like to write a Dead Like Me, but I'm not sure enough people watch it for the script to be marketable. More likely I'll end up doing Joan of Arcadia or Without a Trace.
