Day Fifty
Today? Not so productive. To compensate for all those hours spent sitting and learning yesterday (ew), I woke up at 10, sat around the house until 1:30, went for a walk to Westside Pavilion, browsed Barnes & Noble a while, came back and sat around some more, then went for dinner in Westwood with Divaker.
I did accomplish one or two things during all those hours on the couch (aside from watching 4 episodes of Family Guy and half of Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle... um, I mean the news). I did some research on TV scriptwriting competitions and found one that I'll probably enter, but it required having the script registered with the Writer's Guild, so I did that too. Then I tried to find some literary agencies that seem to be at least sort of willing to talk to people like me. Tomorrow (or possibly tonight) I'll start working on my query letters (the letters where I ask if it's okay if I send them a script). I should also send out some more resumes to UCLA, now that I found out I definitely didn't get the job I interviewed for. Then again, if I play racquetball after the all-day seminar, I guess I won't really have time for any of those things. Oh well. There's always Friday.
