Day 12: Propa

Today was a day of unemployment well spent. I woke up around 10.30am, talked to my mom for a bit, then got online and filed for unemployment insurance. Hope it comes through.

Then I went to Ikea. I spent a few blissful hours getting lost among the Swedish textiles and whimsical dinner plates and napkins, and finally went home having spent no more than $36.00 on some crap that we kinda sorta need over here. All I got was: aforementioned whimsical napkins, magazine files, another wine rack, a 20-pack of silverware, and some light bulbs. Finally, I got a 50-cent Ikea hotdog and a bottle of water, and headed home.

Now I'm sitting at my Jerker desk, next to our Billy bookcase, and I am getting really anxious about de-cluttering this place. In fact, I'm gonna get my ass off the internet and do that right now.
